Hi, my name is Jin, and I am a masters student at UCSB ECE department. My research interest is quantum computation and quantum information. More specifically, I am interested in algorithm and coding method for robust and fault-tolerant quantum computation. I have worked at Samsung semiconductor R&D center before my masters. My goal is to achieve robust quantum computation with much lesser physical qubits than convention, so that hardware implementation of quantum computation would be much easier and well, cheaper. Other than work, I like going out in the sun, hiking, and tanning on beaches. Anyone who are interested in quantum computer science and quantum information theory would be more than welcome to talk with me!!
