Hi, I am Arjun! I am a first year PhD student in the Computer Science Department at UC Santa Barbara. My research interests are predominantly in the theory and applications of fair and responsible machine learning. I received my bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from UC San Diego, and my master’s degree in computer science from Columbia University. In the past, I have worked on applications of machine learning in a variety of domains including accessibility, transportation, cardiology, and sports as well as explored properties of the representation space of deep learning models.
